Enrolment, payment and welcome in a single flow
A tutoring centre wanted a paid enrolment to create the student record, welcome the family and tell the tutor, without the admin touching it.

The challenge
Where the time was going
- After each payment the admin created a student record, sent a welcome message and told the tutor by hand.
- Class materials were shared one folder at a time.
- Renewals were remembered, not scheduled.
