morearly ("we", "us") builds and supports CRM and workflow automation on monday.com, ClickUp and Make. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we handle it.

02What we collect

  • Audit request form: name, email, business name, industry, team size, start timeframe, the tools you use, the process you want reviewed and the tools you are interested in.
  • Contact form: name, email, subject and your message.
  • WhatsApp or email: if you message us there, we see the details you choose to send, such as your phone number and what you write.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics is enabled.

03How we use it

  • To reply to your request and prepare your workflow audit.
  • To send you the plan or follow-up you asked for.
  • To keep this website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data.

05Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you. They may only use your data for those purposes. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

  • Google (Google Forms, Google Sheets and Gmail): the details you send through our forms are stored in a Google Form response sheet and we are notified by email.
  • Our website host, which serves the pages and passes your form submission to Google.
  • monday.com, ClickUp or Make, if you become a client and we set up your workflow in your own account.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside your country. By sending a form you understand that your details may be processed there.

06How long we keep it

We keep audit and contact requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then delete or anonymise them.

07Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it. Email assa@morearly.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

08Cookies and analytics

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through our forms.
